Novo Capital Partners Team Joins CBRE in West LA
CBRE has announced the Gianni Novo and the Novo Capital Partners team have joined CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team in Los Angeles. The group specializes in CRE financing and have collectively closed over $1 billion across the U.S.
In addition to founder Gianni Novo who has been appointed Senior Vice President at CBRE, Devin Wash and Itzik Nassy join the firm as Vice Presidents, Whitney Deutsch as Associate Vice President and Lead Debt & Structure Finance Analyst and Sebastian Rodriguez as Sales Assistant.
“Gianni and his team are considered among Southern California’s top commercial loan advisors. It will be incredible to see what they can accomplish for clients with the vast resources of the CBRE platform behind them,” said Scott Chalmers, managing director of CBRE’s West LA office.
“We are excited to combine over a decade’s worth of our lending relationships with CBRE’s dynamic platform,” added Novo in a news release.
