Novē Acquisition Strengthens KKR’s Deep Sun Belt Presence

KKR and Kairoi Residential recently acquired Novē at Knox from KBS and SLC, while Kairoi will operate the property. Novē at Knox was developed and operated by SLC in partnership with KBS.

Completed in March 2021, Novē at Knox is a 19-story 310-unit class-A multifamily complex in the Knox/Henderson district near downtown Dallas, in walking distance to entertainment, dining and shopping venues. Common-area amenities include 10,000 square feet of private open space, 24-hour concierge service, a 465-space parking garage with valet, a year-round pool and fitness center, indoor/outdoor community recreation and entertainment spaces, a business center, and a dog park and washing station.
