Novaya Real Estate Acquires 700K-SF Industrial Portfolio in New England

Novaya Real Estate Ventures has acquired a nine-building, 700,000-square-foot flex and industrial portfolio in Wilmington and Billerica, Massachusetts and Londonderry, New Hampshire. The sales price was not disclosed. The properties feature up to 20-foot clear heights, and can accommodate warehouse, research and development, manufacturing and service uses.

The seller was Wakefield Investments. Torin Taylor, Matt Adams, Rory Walsh, Rich Ruggiero and Ross Gaudet of NKF’s industrial leasing team, will continue to lease the properties on behalf of Novaya.

“The opportunity resides in a growing scarcity of good quality, well located industrial space in the Greater Boston and New Hampshire markets,” said Karl Dykstra, director at Novaya Real Estate Ventures. “We continue to be impressed by the depth of flex demand.”
