Novare Group, BCDC Break Ground on Richmond Hill Luxury Apartment Community

Novare Group and BCDC have started their 37th joint-venture project, a 302-unit luxury apartment community in Richmond Hill, GA.

The residences will be on Heartwood Avenue just off Belfast Keller Road. They are the multi-family component of Heartwood at Richmond Hill, a 7,000-acre master-planned, mixed-use community by Raydient in Georgia’s historic Lowcountry.

“Novare Group and BCDC are thrilled to partner with Raydient, which is thoughtfully creating an incredible destination in Richmond Hill,” said Novare Group CEO Jim Borders. “The historic town transformed by Henry Ford is close to Savannah, offering a coastal lifestyle in close proximity to one of the principal economic engines of the southeastern United States.”

The Humphreys & Partners Architects-designed community will feature resort-style amenities. Trustmark National Bank and Atlantic Union Bank are providing financing. Classic Plains is the general contractor, with the delivery of the first units anticipated in the third quarter of 2024.
