Novant Building $300M Rock Hill Medical Campus
The City of Rock Hill sold a parcel to Novant Health so it can build a $300 million medical campus. The medical campus will take up about 25 acres at Palmetto Research Park (shown) and create the equivalent of 255 full-time jobs.
The Charlotte Business Journal reports the project is currently in the design phase. It could break ground in the first half of 2027.
It’s adjacent to Interstate 77, served by Exit 81 and includes Norfolk Southern rail access. Rock Hill took ownership of the land in late 2022 through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
