Nourison Selects Las Vegas for First West Coast Distribution Facility
New Jersey-based Nourison Industries selected North Las Vegas as its regional distribution facility, signing a long-term lease for roughly 121,000 square feet. The floor covering and home accents manufacturer will occupy a portion of the Prologis I-15 Speedway Logistics Center, located at 5245 N. Sloan Ln.
The speculative industrial business park is being developed by San Francisco-based REIT, Prologis. The 376,264-square-foot building is fully-leased and scheduled for completion by Q2 2019.
The building features 36-foot minimum clear heights, 56-foot by 60-foot column spacing, 49 dock doors, two grade doors with ramps and 65 trailer-parking stalls. The new location will serve the Pacific Northwest, West Coast, Southwest, and Mountain States, increasing Nourison’s speed-to-market and delivery times.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Alma Cuevas and Jason Griffis managed the requirement together with the firm’s Stan Danzig and Stephen Elman.
