Norwalk Offices Trade for $9M

Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale of 200 Connecticut Av. in Norwalk, CT. The property traded for $8,500,000. Buyer and seller weren’t disclosed.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Al Mirin, Kate Schwartz and Matthew Torrance represented the seller.

“200 Connecticut Ave. offers a combination of newly-renovated common areas, on-site amenities and Interstate 95 visibility, making it a strategically-positioned investment,” said Mirin.

A multi-tenant office property, it’s less than two miles from the Route 7 Connector, which links the area’s diverse regional labor market and the affluent neighboring residential communities in the towns of Darien, New Canaan, Wilton and Westport.

The property has undergone a recent multi-million-dollar capital improvement upgrade, including façade, mechanicals, lobbies, common areas and amenities. The full-amenity package includes a fitness center with locker rooms, a café with indoor and outdoor seating, structured parking and views extending to Long Island Sound.

Connect New York 2020 is set to take place on Tuesday, April 29 at Upper Story by Charlie Palmer. For more information, or to register, click here.
