Norton CVS Property Changes Hand 

A 10,125-square-foot net-leased property in Norton, Massachusetts was sold for $4,62 million. 

The CVS Pharmacy property, located at 35 W. Main St., is strategically situated in a small college town and has been operated by CVS for over 20 years. The property’s long-term lease was recently extended. 

Laurie Ann “L.A.” Drinkwater, Seth J. Richard of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the transaction.
