Northwood Ravin Unloads 402-Unit Huntersville Rental Community

Northwood Ravin has sold a 402-unit Huntersville multifamily community for $119.5 million, or about $300,000 a unit. The Holly Crest Apartments was purchased by Mesirow.

Northwood Ravin completed the community in 2015. The complex is off Holly Crest Lane near Statesville and Sam Furr roads. Residents can enjoy a fully equipped fitness center, pool, relaxing sauna, golf simulator, and dedicated dog park. Room sizes range from 636 to 1,598 square feet, and monthly rents range between $1,520 and $2,748.

The Charlotte Business Journal reports Northwood Ravin has recently added more build-to-rent communities, such as The Lodges of Huntersville, to its portfolio. Earlier this year, the developer opened The Lodges at Fort Mill, which is just east of Indian Land. The all-rental project includes 118 apartments, 80 townhomes and 63 single-family homes.
