Northwestern Mutual Real Estate has sold Trinity Commons at Erwin, a 342-unit, five-story multifamily property located at 2530 Erwin Road in Durham, NC.

Jeff Glenn, Allan Lynch, Andrea Howard, Caylor Mark, John Currin and Ryan Bergin of Northmarq represented Bellevue, WA-based Northwestern Mutual Real Estate, a commercial real estate mortgage and equity investment company.

“The closing is the culmination of months of teamwork alongside Northwood Ravin, the original developer and long-time manager, in this transfer of ownership,” said Glenn.

Duke University and the Duke Medical Center are within a short walk of Trinity Commons at Erwin. Downtown Durham is three miles away while the major tech and research companies that makeup Research Triangle Park are a 15-minute drive away.
