Northwest Acquires Kirkland Industrial Park for $40M

Northwest Building LLC has purchased the Totem Valley Business Center, a 6-acre, multi-building facility in Kirkland, WA for $40 million. The complex is located at 12509 130th Lane NE, just off Interstate 405 near The Village at Totem Lake shopping center.

Totem Valley Business Center is located in a bustling tech and corporate area, with companies like Aerojet Rocketdyne, NVIDIA Corp. and Otak nearby as well as The Lake Washington Institute of Technology.

Kirkland-based Northwest has purchased several Seattle-area industrial properties recently, including the Valley Freeway Corporate Park and Pacific Business Park in Kent, WA and the Totem Lake Commerce Center in Kirkland. The company is looking to expand into Portland and several California markets as well.
