Northway Mall in Colonie Adds Three New Retailers
Olshan Properties has announced the opening of Mattress Firm, Mission BBQ, and Club Pilates at Northway Mall in Colonie, New York. Following the redevelopment of Building E, formerly occupied by Petco, into three separate retail spaces, the mall has welcomed these new tenants.
The transformation included modernizing the storefront. Mission BBQ, known for its support of first responders, opened on April 16th, while Club Pilates and Mattress Firm opened earlier. Northway Mall, anchored by Target and Lowes, occupies a location off Route 5 with access to the I-90/I-87 interchange.
“By creatively reimagining one of our buildings, we’ve unlocked its potential and created exciting opportunities for these three sensational new tenants and our loyal customers,” said Ken Marshall, senior vice president of Commercial Assets at Olshan Properties.
