Northshore’s Winner: American Realty Advisors

American Realty Advisors signed a deal with High Street Residential for ownership rights to the mixed-use Northshore in downtown Austin. The California buyer paid an undisclosed amount for the property at 110 San Antonio St., which contains 439 residential units and 52,083 square feet of office and retail space.

Charles Cirar, Michael Wardlaw and Colin Cannata with CBRE represented the seller.

“This is an extremely rare opportunity to acquire a premier luxury asset of exceptionally high-quality in a rapidly expanding urban market that is poised for long-term growth,” said American Realty Advisors’ Austin Maddux. He noted that the residential side is 97% occupied, while the office and retail components are fully occupied.
