Northshore Mall in Peabody Adding Shake Shack, Fogo de Chão

Northshore Mall in Peabody, MA is adding an extensive lineup of new retailers and restaurants this year, highlighted by the first North Shore locations of Fogo de Chão and Shake Shack. These additions reflect the shopping center’s continued evolution, according to landlord Simon.

Marking its third Boston-area location, Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão is expected to open in late summer. Now open near the Dining Pavilion is Old Navy, along with a newly relocated and renovated Foot Locker, showcasing an updated store concept including Kids Foot Locker.

“Northshore Mall continues to evolve as a true community destination, offering a vibrant mix of dining, retail, and entertainment all in one convenient location,” said Alexandra Meadus-Pitcher, director of marketing at Northshore Mall.

Looking ahead to 2027, Northshore Mall’s continued growth includes the anticipated fall opening of DICK’s House of Sport, along with the debut of the new Residence Inn by Marriott Peabody.
