Northrop Grumman Inks Long-Term Renewal with Drawbridge Realty

Drawbridge Realty said Thursday it has renewed defense contractor Northrop Grumman Systems’ long-term lease at 16710 and 16750 Via Del Campo Court, a 168,072-square-foot, two building office/R&D campus in San Diego’s Rancho Bernardo submarket.

Northrop Grumman has occupied the two-building campus since 2005. Drawbridge Realty has owned the property since 2014.

“We’re delighted to renew Northrop Grumman Systems and continue as their real estate partner in San Diego County,” said Charlie McEachron, CEO of Drawbridge Realty.

Northrop Grumman Systems was represented by Randall Wood and Shawn Lorentzen of JLL in lease negotiations. Drawbridge Realty was represented by Tom Martinez, Chris Pascale, Evan Knudson and Cole Martinez of CBRE.

Via Del Campo Court sits on 11.82 acres in Rancho Bernardo, a popular location for large corporate users, and is one of eight Drawbridge Realty assets in San Diego County. Drawbridge Realty’s seven-million-square-foot portfolio is comprised primarily of single-tenant properties
