Northridge/Kamco JV Acquires Santa Clara Campus for $276M
A joint venture of Washington, DC-based Northridge Capital and Kuwait-based Kamco Invest has acquired The Campus at Lawson Lane in Santa Clara, CA, for a reported $276 million. The purchase marks the partnership’s third U.S. acquisition together.
The campus is 100% leased to cloud computing company ServiceNow, Inc.
Located at 2215-25 Lawson Ln., the campus features twin 155,000-square-foot, five-story office buildings and a three-story, 17,000-square-foot employee amenity building. The Campus was originally developed by Cupertino-based Sobrato Real Estate, a recognized leader in Silicon Valley commercial development, and originally occupied by ServiceNow in 2015, with a 2019 long-term lease expansion encompassing both buildings.
The Campus sits on 8.8 acres in a highly amenitized area of Santa Clara, within three minutes walking distance of the Whole Foods-anchored Santa Clara Square retail center, and five minutes from Lawrence Caltrain Station.
Eastdil Secured’s Nate Jones represented Sobrato.
