NorthPark35 is in an Area Ripe for Growth
Texas Speed and Performance (TSP) recently leased 172,428 square feet in building I of the newly completed phase I of NorthPark35 Industrial Park in Georgetown, part of the Austin MSA. Once completed, the class-A industrial park including phases I and II will offer more than 1.7 million total square feet.
It also represents an extension of Aviation Drive that connects to Interstate 35 and State Highway 130. Located within one of the fastest-growing regions for e-commerce, light manufacturing and distribution centers, the park is designed and master-planned to accommodate companies in need of 50,000 to 800,000 square feet. Companies that have made this corridor home include Tesla, Amazon, Samsung, Applied Materials and others.
“This is a particularly special area ripe for growth and in need of the industrial space that NorthPark35 offers,” said Joe Iannacone, senior vice president at Titan Development. “This 146-acre park is the first master-planned industrial business park in Georgetown, which is becoming an important new business center along the I-35 corridor.”
Omar Nasser of Aquila Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction of building I. “As Texas Speed & Performance continues to grow, this new state-of-the-art facility will ensure we can continue to provide the highest level of customer service to our customers in the Austin MSA and beyond,” said J.D. Murray, president of Texas Speed and Performance. “This facility is nothing short of the realization of a dream by TSP, and we are grateful to Titan for their part in making it a reality.”
