NorthMarq Taps Lauren Bresky as Managing Director in Dallas

Northmarq’s Dallas office has announced that Lauren Bresky has been promoted to managing director – debt & equity.

In her new role, Bresky will lead the office’s growth, facilitate primarily multifamily debt and equity placements and manage lender and client relationships for the office. She will collaborate with Managing Directors Steve Whitehead and Taylor Snoddy.

Bresky joined Northmarq in 2004 as a financial analyst, and was promoted to vice president in 2010, to senior vice president in 2018 and to managing director in 2022.

“Lauren has succeeded by having impressive skills that create value for our clients and drive growth with across our entire platform,” said Jeff Erxleben, president at Northmarq’s Dallas office. “She’ll leverage those talents to bring new ideas to attract new employees and new business opportunities to our team.”
