Northmarq San Diego Welcomes Benn Vogelsang as Senior VP

Northmarq’s San Diego investment sales team added top producing expert Benn Vogelsang as senior Vice President. Vogelsang will collaborate with managing director Kyle Pinkalla to provide multifamily investment advisory services in the San Diego and Southern California markets.

“Benn’s extensive transaction experience and knowledge of the market has earned him the trust and respect of clients in the ultra-competitive San Diego market,” said Trevor Koskovich, Northmarq’s president, investment sales. “The addition of Benn to the San Diego investment sales team brings further depth to the acquisition and disposition advisory services we offer clients.”

Vogelsang brings more than 13 years of industry experience to Northmarq, working with both private investors and national institutional groups alike. He’s built an extensive network of buyers and sellers and was consistently one of the region’s top producing multifamily brokers, closing more than 300 transactions, nearing $1 billion in value.
