NorthMarq Expands MF Investment Sales Team in Central & South Florida

NorthMarq expanded its investment sales capabilities in Florida with the addition of Errol Blumer (above left) and Justin Hofford (above right). They will partner with Luis Elorza to provide acquisition, disposition, and advisory services to owners of multifamily investment properties in Central and South Florida and across the southeast U.S.

NorthMarq has grown its investment sales capabilities into 10 existing debt and equity offices in the last 18 months.

Blumer joins from Cushman & Wakefield, and brings a decade of experience in multifamily, land and JV equity advisory. He will be responsible for managing the disposition of multi-housing properties and land for development throughout South Florida, while also arranging and sourcing JV equity and capital for acquisition and development projects.

Hofford joins from JBM Multifamily Institutional Advisors, and brings 20 years of commercial real estate experience involved in multifamily dispositions and CRE valuation. He will focus on multifamily dispositions and acquisitions in Tampa and Southwest Florida.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
