Northmarq Closes Sale of Value-Add Santee Multifamily

Northmarq’s San Diego Multifamily Investment Sales team closed the sale of Terre at Creekside, a 62-unit, value-add, garden-style multifamily property located at 9349-9360 Creekside Ct. in Santee. The sale price was not disclosed.

Tyler Sinks, Ed Rosen and John Chu led the transaction. The seller was Delaware-based 9349-9360 Creekside (CA) LP. The buyer was San Diego-based Carv Properties, LLC. The property was 97% occupied at the time of sale.

Built in 1987, the property features two-bedroom units and offers convenient access to the 67 freeway, connecting to major San Diego Interstates throughout the region. It is located approximately 21 miles from downtown San Diego.
