NorthMarq Brokers Sale of 297-Unit MF Community in New Tampa

NorthMarq has arranged the sale of Century Cross Creek, a 297-unit, garden-style apartment community in New Tampa, FL. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 10821 Cross Creek Blvd., the community was built in 2008 and 2014. The property features a low-density site plan, custom kitchen islands and oversized, screened-in patios. The unit mix consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans with an average unit size of 1,166 square feet. Amenities include a clubhouse and fitness center, resident lounges, Amazon Hub lockers, tennis court, grilling areas and a playground as well as a dog washing station and dog park.

Luis Elorza and Justin Hofford of NorthMarq Tampa’s Investment Sales team represented the seller, Centennial Holding Company, a privately held real estate investment firm, in the transaction. The buyer was Robbins Property Associates, a Tampa and Boston-based private real estate company.
