NorthMarq Boosts Multifamily Muscle, Adds Transwestern Team

NorthMarq Capital added muscle to its multifamily investment sales arm by adding a six-person team to its Dallas office. The team, which comes from Transwestern, is headed by Taylor Snoddy, who joins NorthMarq as managing director. Snoddy will work with NorthMarq Multifamily’s President Trevor Koskovich.

“We are thrilled about this opportunity to elevate our team and join NorthMarq,” Snoddy said. “The strong platform in debt and equity solutions was a natural fit for our growing list of clients in investment sales. Specifically, we see great value in bringing our clients the company’s extensive experience placing loans with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.”

Also coming on board are senior vice presidents James Roberts and Philip Weigand, along with Eric Stockley, Devin Etzhold and Charles Hubbard, who will provide financial analysis, client service and transaction coordination.
