NorthMarq Arranges Sale of 264-Unit Apartments in Riverview

NorthMarq’s Tampa’s Investment Sales team has arranged the sale of Lola Apartments, a 264-unit apartment community in Riverview, FL. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 9960 Jonas Salk Drive, the community was built in 2019. Lola Apartments is an elevator-serviced mid-rise community with air-conditioned interior corridors. Amenities include an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, poolside cabanas with outdoor TV’s, fire pit and grills, as well as a dog park and pet spa onsite.

Luis Elorza and Justin Hofford of NorthMarq represented the seller in the transaction, a partnership between Tampa-based Lindell Investments and Orlando-based Investors Realty. The buyer was Atlanta-based Asia Capital Real Estate (ACRE).
