Northmarq’s Midwest Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Parker Stewart, Anthony Martinez, Dominic Martinez and Alex Malzone successfully brokered the sale of two Nebraska multifamily properties totaling 566 units.

Northmarq represented the seller, a joint venture between Vantage Capital Advisors and Cherry Tree Capital Partners. The buyer was a private Canadian investment firm. The portfolio includes The Vue, a 330-unit multifamily property located at 2882 Comstock Plaza in Bellevue, and Lakeview Park, a 236-unit property at 510 Surfside Dr. in Lincoln.

Built in 2000, The Vue is positioned near Nebraska Medicine Bellevue Medical Center and Highways 370 and 75, providing residents with convenient access to Omaha’s major employers, retailers, and entertainment hubs.
