Northern Builders to Develop 365K-SF Industrial Facility at Cherry Hill Business Park

Northern Builders plans today to develop a new 365,000 square foot build-to-suit industrial facility in New Lenox, Illinois for an undisclosed user.

Situated on approximately 19.9 acres along W. Spencer Road, the state-of-the-art facility is strategically positioned in the highly desirable southwest suburban Chicago submarket of New Lenox and offers regional connectivity to the greater Chicago metropolitan area through its proximity to Interstate 80 and the I-355 interchange.

The building will feature a 40 foot clear height, 13,808 square feet of office space, and 12,911 square feet of mezzanine space. Additional features include 412 car parking spaces, 30 exterior dock doors, four drive-in doors, and 13 trailer parking stalls.

“This 365,000 square foot facility represents the next step in the evolution of Cherry Hill Business Park,” said Matthias Trizna, VP of Development for Northern. Construction of the new facility is currently underway and is anticipated to be completed by December 2026.
