Northeast Private Client Group Brokers $14M Sale of Connecticut MF Community

Investment sales broker Northeast Private Client Group arranged the $14.1-million sale of Sherwood and Shakespeare Apartments in Stratford, CT. The properties include a combined 128 residential units. Stratford is approximately 17 miles southwest of New Haven.

The communities are located at 490 and 498 Sherwood Place and 1126 Stratford Ave., and are comprised of three adjacent buildings near downtown Stratford.

Brad Balletto of Northeast Private Client Group represented the seller, Stratcon Properties LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was a private Bridgeport-based investor.
