Northeast Private Client Group Arranges $1M Sale of Worcester MXU Building

Northeast Private Client Group arranged the sale of 23 Millbury Street, a 15,500-square-foot mixed-use building in Worcester. The sales price was $1.2 million.

Built in 1900, the property consists of nine residential and two retail units. The retail units include a local deli and a bakery on the ground floor. The property is nearby the Worcester Pawsox stadium development, which is set to be completed in 2021.

Taylor Perun and Tim McGeary of Northeast Private Client Group represented the private seller in the transaction. The buyer was Baystate Investment Fund LLC.
