Northbridge Parks $19M to Land Deal for Camping World in Ashland

Boston, MA-based Northbridge has purchased a single-tenant Camping World in Ashland, VA for $19.4 million. The property on Sunshade Lane encompasses 30.16 acres with 1,650 feet of I-95 frontage and serves as the Camping World’s East Coast flagship location.

A Colliers team of Will Bradley, Mark Williford and David Wilkins marketed the property on behalf of seller, EMAC, LLC.
