North Wells Signs Fairgrounds Coffee & Tea at Verso Project
North Wells Capital and Urban Innovations signed Fairgrounds Coffee & Tea to a long-term lease for 2,623 square feet of ground-floor retail space at 306 W. Erie, an office development under construction in River North. This will be the coffee shop’s seventh location in the Chicago area, with other locations to follow.
306 W. Erie is the first phase of Verso, a three-building collection developed by North Wells Capital. The property was initially purchased by North Wells in 2017, and the firm began a renovation and expansion last November that will ultimately double the building’s size, modernize all building systems and add amenities.
Verso’s next phases include nearby River North properties 311 W. Huron and 320 W. Huron. 306 W Erie is currently scheduled for occupancy by the end of the year. JLL is the leasing agent for 306 W. Erie and the entire Verso portfolio.
Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
