North Shore’s Ritz-Carlton Residences Secures Final TCO

The Ritz-Carlton Residences Long Island, North Hills has recently obtained its final Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for 6000 Royal Court. The RXR Realty project received a TCO for 3000 Royal Court at the end of 2018 and for 5000 Royal Court this past March.

6000 Royal Court includes buildings 1 and 2 of the project, and accommodates 33 residences in addition to a club room with a library and bar, fitness center and main entrance. The Ritz-Carlton Residences comprises 244 luxury condominiums on Long Island’s North Shore.

“I am proud of the Pizzarotti team for our work on The Ritz-Carlton Residences, North Hills and we are pleased to have completed this final portion of the project,” said Marco Martegiani, CEO of Pizzarotti LLP, RXR’s construction manager on the project. “The Residences are a landmark project for Long Island and the surrounding community.”
