North Park Ventures Acquires 128K-SF Chicago Industrial Facility

North Park Ventures has acquired a 128,222-square-foot flex-industrial facility located at 3800 N. Milwaukee Avenue on Chicago’s North Side.

The property is situated in a prime urban infill location with proximity to I-90 and the newly completed Metra Grayland Station, providing strong connectivity throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. The facility is 97.5% leased and was extensively renovated in 2020. It features 20- to 23-foot clear heights and efficient column spacing, making it well-suited for a wide range of flex-industrial users.

The tenant base includes a diverse mix of established service-oriented and recreational occupants. Recent leasing activity includes a newly signed lease with SPF Pickleball and an expansion by Chicago Elite Volleyball Club.

“The acquisition of 3800 North Milwaukee represents an opportunity to own a highly functional, well-located flex-industrial asset in one of Chicago’s most supply-constrained submarkets,” said Robert Sekula, Managing Partner of North Park Ventures.

Don’t miss Carter Andrus, Chief Operating Officer of Prologis, as the keynote interview at Connect Industrial Midwest— taking place Tuesday afternoon, March 10, 2026, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, IL.
