North Park MXU Project Receives Construction Financing
ACRES Capital Corp. originated a $20.7 million loan to fund the construction and stabilization of the North Park Community Center, a mixed-use residential project in San Diego. Located at 3066 North Park Way., the development will feature 94 apartment units, 3,031 square feet of ground-floor retail and 13 parking spaces.
ACRES’ Mark Fogel says, “We are excited for the opportunity to fund the North Park Community Center as it will provide high-quality housing to a variety of residents, and younger renters in particular.”
The project’s sponsor is San Diego-based Champion Development Partners. Fident Capital’s Matthew Sirianni arranged the loan.
Champion’s George Champion III, noted the ACRES team “was able to provide us with a flexible financing solution that will allow us to realize our vision for the North Park Community Center, which will offer renters both luxury and convenience in the heart of North Park.”
