North Palisade Breaks Ground on LA Industrial Project

Industrial development and investment firm North Palisade Partners has broken ground on Palisade Santa Fe Center, a 59,000-square-foot, Class-A industrial property in Vernon, CA. Situated in the Central Los Angeles submarket, the project is located in one of the nation’s tightest industrial markets, just blocks from rail yards and intermodal facilities.

“There is a tremendous lack of industrial supply in Los Angeles with vacancies dropping under 1% in this submarket. Demand is expected to remain strong for industrial assets in SoCal’s infill markets, driven by a diverse mix of tenant requirements including last-mile logistics and cold storage users,” said North Palisade Managing Partner Joe Mishurda.

Palisade Santa Fe Center, which is expected to completed in Summer 2023, will offer 32’ clear heights, a 150’ secured truck court, 9,500 square feet of two-story office and mezzanine space, ESFR sprinklers, six dock-high loading positions and 1,200 AMPS of power.
