North Palisade Acquires Reno Site for Industrial Development
Los Angeles-based industrial development and investment firm North Palisade Partners has acquired a 6.4-acre site in McCarran, NV where it plans to develop a 142,000-square-foot, Class-A industrial property.
The project, named Palisade Wild Horse Commerce Center, will feature 36’ clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, 18 dock-high loading positions, 2 grade-level doors, 2,000 AMPS of power and over 80 parking spaces. The facility, which is scheduled to be completed in mid-2024, is located within the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center, the largest industrial park in the world at 15,000 pre-zoned acres.
“Reno, with the third lowest vacancy rate in the country, is a market North Palisade has targeted for growth, and this development is an exciting inaugural project for us in that market. Our site is located near facilities for Apple, Tesla, Walmart and Google, among a host of other retailers,” said North Palisade Partners’ Joe Mishurda.
