Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $37M Sale of North Hollywood Industrial Center

North Hollywood Industrial Center Trades for $37M

Cushman & Wakefield has advised in the $37 million sale of the fully leased Sherman Way Industrial Center in North Hollywood, CA. The 140,000-square-foot property comprised of five buildings on five-plus acres was sold by The Ben B. and Joyce E. Eisenberg Foundation to a JV between Captiva Partners and Westbrook Partners.

Cushman & Wakefield’s David Hasbrouck, Lars Platt, Benjamin Cooper and Mitchell Neff represented the seller, which will donate 100% of the proceeds from the sale to multiple charitable organizations that it supports. The firm’s Paul Sims provided Leasing Advisory.

Ethan Eller, CFO of the foundation said, “The Ben B. And Joyce E. Eisenberg Foundation is delighted to have enlisted the invaluable aid of Cushman & Wakefield and Mr. Hasbrouck’s team of professionals to help us fulfill our mission statement and raise significant funding for our charitable endeavors.” The Foundation has given $80 million to 200 charities over the past 36 years.
