North 40 Outfitters Opens 113K-SF Store in Washington
North 40 Outfitters is set to open a new, state-of-the-art 113,000-square-foot store in Mead, Washington.
Strategically located at the terminus of the new North–South Freeway, scheduled for completion in 2030, the new North 40 will serve as the anchor tenant for a regional destination shopping center. The store replaces North 40’s existing location at 15228 N. Newport Highway and offers an expanded retail experience.
The North 40 Retail Center, developed by Chris Bell and Dave Black of NAI Black, will become a cornerstone of more than $1 billion in new construction planned for the Mead trade area, including new residential neighborhoods, healthcare facilities, and commercial developments.
The property will be managed by Black Realty Management, Inc., which oversees more than 11 million square feet of commercial property and 3,500 apartment units across the Inland Northwest.
Construction was led by Young Construction Group of Idaho, Inc., and the design was created by H2a Architects, both based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
