Norris & Stevens’ Loyda Timmins Receives Top Award
The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Oregon has awarded Norris & Stevens’ Loyda Timmins “Property Manager of the Year” for 2022. Timmins received the award during BOMA’s Night of Excellence in CRE event at the Portland Art Museum in downtown Portland, OR.
Timmins has been with Norris & Stevens since 2002, working closely with her clients and establishing direct relationships with property owners. Her portfolio includes Class A and B office, medical office and retail centers. She currently manages 25 properties for nine different clients and is an active member of BOMA and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
“It is truly and honor to be recognized by BOMA Oregon for the work I have done,” said Timmins. “I consider myself fortunate to have worked at Norris & Stevens for the last 21 years where I have the opportunity to work primarily with private owners who are directly affected by the services that I provide.”
