Norris & Stevens, Inc. Brokers Sale of Portland Office Building
Victoria FLLLP recently completed the $1,050,000 purchase of The Kelly Building, located at 4621 S Kelly Ave in Portland, Oregon.
Todd VanDomelen and Mike Brown with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the seller, James Condon and Sarah Condon, and Jason Payne with Utopia Management represented the buyer in the transaction.
Constructed in 1965, the 3,042-square-foot building features ten private offices, a conference room, open office space, and a break room.
