Norris & Stevens, Inc. Brokers Sale of Portland Office Building

Victoria FLLLP recently completed the $1,050,000 purchase of The Kelly Building, located at 4621 S Kelly Ave in Portland, Oregon.

Todd VanDomelen and Mike Brown with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the seller, James Condon and Sarah Condon, and Jason Payne with Utopia Management represented the buyer in the transaction.

Constructed in 1965, the 3,042-square-foot building features ten private offices, a conference room, open office space, and a break room. The east-facing deck of the two-story property provides clear views of the Willamette River. Conveniently located near the South Waterfront district, the property is within proximity to major transportation arterials such as I-5, Highway 99W, and Highway 43.

Designed by Portland architect Saul Zaik, The Kelly Building features a Pacific Northwest aesthetic with a wood interior, floor-to-ceiling windows, and towering ceilings. Norris & Stevens, Inc. is one of the largest locally-owned, full-service commercial real estate brokerage firms in Oregon and SW Washington.
