Nick Chessar and Scott Finney with Portland, OR-based Norris & Stevens represented Sunbelt Rentals in the $1.4 million lease of a brand new warehouse facility in North Plains, OR. John Fettig with Capacity Commercial Group represented the landlord, BBS Properties in the transaction.
Completed in 2023, the 13,000-square-foot industrial warehouse is situated on 2 acres at 10680 NW 289th Place, just off US Highway 26. The facility is ideal for multiple types of industrial services and features office space, insulated roof and walls, five drive-in doors and a fenced yard.
North Plains is located 18 miles northwest of Downtown Portland, and offers easy access to the submarkets of Hillsboro and Beaverton, OR and is just 30 miles from Portland International Airport.
