9700 SW Capitol, LLC recently completed the $5.7 million investment purchase of Capitol Park, an office property located at 9700 SW Capitol Hwy in Portland, Oregon.

Raymond Duchek and Thomas McDowell, with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc., represented the buyer. Steve Bowers and Sean McCarthy of Kidder Matthews represented the seller in the transaction.

Constructed in 1983 and renovated in 1993, the two-story office building is approximately 29,000 square feet and situated on 1.36 acres. Over the last two years, the property has undergone significant upgrades, including remodeling the lobby and bathroom, replacing the roof, and adding an outdoor dining area for tenants. Centrally located just outside Portland’s business district, the property features abundant off-street parking and clear views of Mt. Hood.
