Norris & Stevens Brokers Sale of Portland Manufacturing Building

Anlekus LLC recently completed the $2.3 million purchase of an industrial manufacturing and storage facility located at 9348 N Peninsular Ave in Portland, Oregon. Greg Nesting with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the Buyer and the Seller, Miscoe Properties LLC, in the transaction.

Originally constructed in 1932 with additions in the 1950s and 1970s, the property consists of a main industrial building, a maintenance building, and two separate outbuildings totaling 75,000 square feet. Formerly used for food production and storage, the industrial property features 6 loading docks, 1 drive-in door, an 18-to-20-foot clear height, and a large office area.

Conveniently located in North Portland, the property is situated along the Columbia Corridor in a heavy industrial zone. It benefits from easy access to major transportation arterials such as I-5, Hwy 120, and Hwy 30.
