Norris & Stevens Brokers Sale of Portland Industrial Complex
13th Street Partners, LLC recently completed the $1.45 million purchase of an industrial complex located at 7515 NE 13th Ave in Portland, Oregon.
Thomas McDowell and Raymond Duchek with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the Seller, Prentice & Prevost Properties LLC, and Brett Bayne with Macadam Forbes, Inc. represented the Buyer in the transaction.
The industrial complex consists of four buildings situated on an 18,275 square foot āLā shaped tax lot. The main building is an approximately 2,745-square-foot warehouse with a 900-square-foot air-conditioned office. At 3,830 square feet, the fabrication building is equipped with three grade-level doors, two 5-ton bridge cranes, an insulated roof, and drive-thru capabilities.
Also included are an 800-square-foot metal warehouse, a 360-square-foot wooden garage, and 7,550 square feet of fenced yard space. Conveniently located in NE Portland, the site offers outstanding access to N Lombard Street, I-5, I-205, and Portland International Airport.
