Norris & Stevens Brokers Sale of Multifamily Land in Medford
Norris & Stevens, Inc. has brokered the sale of a multifamily development site in Medford, Oregon.
William Eugene Miller and Leann Miller recently completed the purchase of a multi-family land site located at 2707 Springbrook Road. Todd VanDomelen and Mike Brown with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc., represented the buyer, and Saul Stearns with RE/MAX represented the seller in the transaction.
The purchased land consists of four parcels, totaling approximately 7.86 acres. Situated in an MFR-20 zone, the property includes plans for a 168-unit multi-family project. The property is strategically located with access to major transportation routes and local amenities.
