G & M Landover, LLC recently completed the $4.65 million purchase of the Landover Townhomes, a 12-unit multi-family property located at 11015 NE 26th St in Vancouver, Washington. David Chatfield and Cameron Mercer with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the seller, Genesis Rentals, LLC, in the transaction.
The Landover Townhomes is an approximately 18,876-square-foot multi-family asset made up of three two-story buildings situated on 0.70 acres of land. Recently constructed in 2023, the property is conveniently located near the Vancouver Mall, Royal Oaks Country Club, PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, and I-205.
