Norris & Stevens Brokers Sale of Former Lake Oswego Veterinary

Hoffland, LLC recently completed the $2.05 million sale of a former veterinary clinic located at 17131 Boones Ferry Road in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Michael Simmons with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the seller, and Joe Kappler with Macadam Forbes, Inc. represented the buyer in the transaction.

The property, formerly home to Lake Grove Veterinary Clinic, is an approximately 6,000-square-foot stand-alone building on 24,524 square feet of land near the west side of Oswego Lake. Constructed in 1967, the retail property features 19 off-street parking spaces, a kitchen, multiple exam rooms, and a reception area.

Conveniently located in an industrial park zone in Clackamas County, the property is situated at the intersection of SW Boones Ferry Road, which has over 12,900 vehicles per day, and Pilkington Road, offering great visibility and easy access to I-5.
