Norris & Stevens Brokers Owner/User Sale of Oregon MOB

Beacon Hill Property Investment Corporation recently completed the $2.18 million owner/user sale of Boones Ferry Professional Center, located at 15962 SW Boones Ferry Road in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Todd VanDomelen, with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc., represented the seller, and Alexandra Henderson, with Kidder Mathews, represented the buyer, CCM Investments LLC, in the transaction.

Constructed in 1972, the Boones Ferry Professional Center is approximately 13,636 square feet of medical office space situated in the Lake Grove neighborhood of Lake Oswego. Offering both medical and standard office buildouts, this two-story property is elevator-served and provides ample off-street parking in a beautifully landscaped park-like setting.
