Norris & Stevens Brokers Investment Sale of Retail Building in Portland

DS TS Holdings LLC recently completed the $1.4 million investment purchase of a retail building located at 4343 SE Hawthorne Boulevard in Portland, Oregon.

Constructed in 1997 and renovated in 2023, the approximately 3,081-square-foot retail building is situated in the heart of the Hawthorne District. The property features signage on SE Hawthorne Boulevard and is located in a corridor with heavy car and foot traffic, in one of Portland’s most sought-after areas.

Formerly Gigantic Brewing, the location is set to become a new tavern called Steely’s. Scheduled to open in the spring of 2026, Steely’s will feature smashburgers, wings and a curated list of beers on tap.

Jake Holman, with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc., represented the buyer, and John C. Lee, with JLL, represented the seller, Gigantic Brewing Company, LLC, in the transaction.
