Norris & Stevens Brokers Investment Sale of MF In Portland
Structure Redevelopment, LLC recently completed the $3.1 million sale of the Clay Street Apartments, a multi-family property located at 3757 SE Clay Street in Portland, Oregon.
Jake Holman with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc., and Cameron Mercer with The Daniels Group, LLC, represented the seller. The buyers were self-represented in the transaction.
Constructed in 2023, the Clay Street Apartments is a 15-unit asset situated in the heart of SE Portland’s Hawthorne neighborhood. Totaling approximately 7,357 square feet, Clay Street consists of one studio; 12 one-bedroom, one-bathroom units; and a pair of two-bedroom, two-bathroom units.
