Norris & Stevens Brokers Investment Sale of MF In Portland

Structure Redevelopment, LLC recently completed the $3.1 million sale of the Clay Street Apartments, a multi-family property located at 3757 SE Clay Street in Portland, Oregon.

Jake Holman with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc., and Cameron Mercer with The Daniels Group, LLC, represented the seller. The buyers were self-represented in the transaction.

Constructed in 2023, the Clay Street Apartments is a 15-unit asset situated in the heart of SE Portland’s Hawthorne neighborhood. Totaling approximately 7,357 square feet, Clay Street consists of one studio; 12 one-bedroom, one-bathroom units; and a pair of two-bedroom, two-bath­room units. Amenities include modern fixtures and appliances, LVT flooring, in-unit washer and dryer, and air conditioning vent ports.

Ideally situated just off of SE Hawthorne Blvd, the Clay Street Apartments are within walking distance of the Hawthorne neighborhood of Portland, known for its local shops, boutiques, and dining options.
