Norris & Stevens Brokers $1M Retail Lease in Oregon
Los Dos Agaves, a family restaurant offering Mexican cuisine, recently completed the $1,111,239 lease of Suite 200 at Village at Main Street in Wilsonville, Oregon.
Constructed in 1999, Village at Main Street is a 74,878-square-foot shopping center composed of thirteen buildings situated on two parcels. At 4,151 square feet, suite 200 will serve as the second location for the popular Mexican restaurant Los Dos Agaves, which is based in Canby. The shopping center is conveniently located in the heart of Wilsonville, just off of I-5 and north of the Willamette River.
